Chris Cuming

Director/Choreographer

Chris trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He has since returned as a teacher and visiting lecturer. Chris is also a choreographer for National Youth Music Theatre and runs workshops at various colleges. Choreography and Direction includes Annie, Sister Act, Oklahoma! and South Pacific (Cambridge Arts Theatre), Hello Dolly! (Watford Palace Theatre) and Little Women (Trestle Arts Base).

Chris has also worked as Assistant/Associate Choreographer and Director on Vanities The Musical (Trafalgar Studios), Dick Whittington (Watford Palace Theatre), Mouthful (Trafalgar Studios), Boxed and Bagged (Bush Theatre), and Sweet Charity, West Side Story, Grease, Cabaret and City of Angels (Embassy Theatre). As well as these Chris has worked extensively within the Amateur Dramatic community having choreographed over 27 productions over the past 9 years and directed over 8 of those productions. Chris has a long standing relationship with Cassio Productions, Ware Operatic and Cambridge Operatic societies.
